Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, and if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We’ll promptly evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right. We will send you a prepaid shipping label as well as instructions on how to send your item back. 

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item in your order, we recommend returning your current item, and once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the replacement. This way, you can ensure you get exactly what you're looking for without delay. Once your Exchange is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
